01 Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, put buyers at risk, or are used for fraud.

02 Selling on StudioLink

Creators may sell digital products, services, merchandise and event tickets that they own or have the right to sell.

You're responsible for describing what you sell accurately, delivering it, and following the laws that apply to you, including tax.

Prohibited items include anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

03 Fees & payouts

StudioLink is free to join. We charge a flat 10% fee on each sale processed through the platform.

Earnings can be withdrawn to a connected M-Pesa number or bank account. Payment provider charges may apply.

04 Buying

When you buy a digital product, you get a personal licence to download and use it as described by the creator. You may not resell or redistribute it unless the creator says so.

Purchases and downloads are listed under My purchases in your account.

05 Service bookings & ticket reservations

Booking a service or reserving tickets on StudioLink sends a request to the creator. No payment is taken on StudioLink for these requests.

The creator confirms or declines your request and arranges payment and delivery with you directly. StudioLink isn't a party to that arrangement.

You can track and cancel open requests from My purchases.

06 Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file is broken or not as described, contact the creator first, then us if it isn't resolved.

07 Content & intellectual property

Creators keep ownership of what they upload. You give StudioLink permission to host and display it so we can run the marketplace.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details and we'll review it.

08 Privacy

We collect the details needed to run your account and process sales. When you buy from or book a creator, they receive your name and contact details to fulfil your order.

09 Liability

StudioLink is provided as is. We're not liable for products, services or events supplied by creators, or for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, to the extent the law allows.

10 Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you by email or on the site before they take effect.
